Custom Orders
Our products are custom-made based on your submitted details (sizes, text, logos, colors, and specifications). Please review your order carefully before approving.
Design Approval
Once you approve a proof/mockup, production begins. Custom Sign US is not responsible for mistakes that were approved by the customer (spelling, colors, layout, sizing, etc.).
Payments
Payment is required before production starts. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders keep the agreed price at checkout/invoice.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production load, carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Intellectual Property
You confirm you have permission to use any artwork, logos, images, or text you submit. You agree to hold Custom Sign US harmless from claims related to copyright or trademark infringement.
Limitation of Liability
Custom Sign US is not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to the use of our products, delays, or installation issues.
