Returns & Refund Policy

Important: Most of our items are custom-made. Because of this, returns and refunds are only available in specific situations described below.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom signs are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started or a final design has been approved.

When Refunds or Replacements Apply

We will remake, replace, or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • The item does not match the approved design/specifications

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before design approval and before production starts. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

Shipping Damage Claims

If a package is damaged in transit, notify us immediately with photos of the item and shipping box. We will guide you through the claim process.
