Calibrated on 7 supplier quotes across sign sizes from 2×2ft to 20ft (Sept–Oct 2026), including a fixed per-order cost (~$256 — LED driver/wiring/minimum) on top of the $/in² material rate; small signs are disproportionately affected by this fixed cost. Recalibrate as you get new quotes — paste a known price in and adjust "Sign rate" or "Fixed cost" until it matches. For best accuracy upload the highest-resolution image of the design you have; low-res or compressed images can undercount thin letter strokes. Check the mask preview after each analysis.
